Scott Cate: Artist – Musician – Surfer

Finding the perfect balance is his “quest in life.”

Moving from Newport Beach, California in 2002, Scott now calls Maui home. If you don’t find him painting custom AIRBRUSH murals, canvas scenes, shirts, hats, or whatever … the “surf must be up” on Front Street in Lahaina.

People are drawn to Scott’s artwork, particularly those looking for a unique, one of a kind T-shirt designed with the island style and ALOHA Spirit. Several local stores and shops feature Scott’s prints and wearable art.

Scott Cate possesses the unique ability to capture a variety of beautiful subjects , including panoramic sunsets for which Maui is world famous. In Scott fills his free time as a talented drummer performing with many local banks, completing the third stage of his goal: to achieve harmony in his life.
