Sofi was born in Buenos Aries, Argentina in 1928. Her Romanian parents fled Europe during the late 1800's. Sofi moved to the United States in 1957, with her husband and family.
Sofi is a retired folklorico singer and seamstress. Always extremely creative, Sofi enjoys knitting sexy scarves from beautiful "eyelash" yarn; a fun and furry yarn of polyester.
